長年この場所で営まれてこられた旅荘かわぐち様よりバトンを受け継ぎ、約半年の間、オープンに向けて準備を進めてきました。

築300年を超える歴史ある町屋で、瀬戸内の旬の恵みを味わい、宮島ならではのゆったりとした時間をお過ごしいただける場所を目指してまいります。
当店では、穴子めし・牡蠣めし・牡蠣フライ・瀬戸内の鮮魚を使った寿司など、素材にこだわった料理を一品一品心を込めてご提供いたします。
宮島を訪れた思い出のひとつとして、「しまの音」が皆さまの心に残るお店になれれば幸いです。

Today marks the grand opening of “Miyajima Ajidokoro Shimano-ne.”
We have taken the baton from “Ryoso Kawaguchi,” which operated at this location for many years, and have spent the past six months preparing for our opening.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us in reaching this day.
Thanks to the wonderful connections we have made with so many people, we are now able to take this new step forward.
Housed in a historic machiya (traditional townhouse) that is over 300 years old, we aim to create a space where guests can savor the seasonal bounty of the Seto Inland Sea and enjoy the leisurely, unique atmosphere of Miyajima.
We serve dishes crafted with a dedication to quality ingredients—such as conger eel rice, oyster rice, fried oysters, and sushi featuring fresh fish from the Seto Inland Sea—preparing each item with the utmost care.
We hope that “Shimano-ne” will become a memorable part of your visit to Miyajima.
